INVITATION FROM THE PRESIDENT
On behalf of the ASCA I’m happy to extend this invitation to attend the 2013 ASCA International Conference on Applied Strength and Conditioning to be held Friday 8 November to Sunday 10 November.
This is the first time the ASCA has hosted the event in Melbourne, and what better venue than the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground. The MCG’s rich sporting history and modern conference facilities make it an ideal location for our Conference, allowing us to continue to provide a relaxed and intimate learning environment with plenty of networking opportunities.
The Conference will deliver delegates knowledge and hands-on experience with the latest in strength and conditioning research, theory, technology and practise. The 2013 speaker set is at the cutting edge of the industry, and will present across a diverse range of topics.
The Tactical Strength and Conditioning Australia (TSACA) stream will again feature as part of the broader Conference Program. This fascinating and fast growing specialist field will see trainers and coaches working with tactical operators sharing their unique experience and expertise.
The ASCA Conference is a unique opportunity to interact with the most highly engaged and forward thinking professionals, mentors and industry suppliers in the S & C community.
Special thanks to Conference Partner Edith Cowan University, whose ongoing support allows us to continue to deliver the first class experience that our delegates have come to expect.
I look forward to welcoming you in Melbourne.
Dr Daniel Baker
President, ASCA
